So this is it!
The next Big.....
First we watched and recorded for 24 hours (without a break) Christian Maclay's The Clock.
It was really hard, really cold, long and very uncomfortable but worth every single second. Apart from making me very aware that time is passing us by every minute of everyday, it very much
WOKE
me(us)up.
Awareness of looking, experiencing and recording the world, we as Artists choose to visit.
I can look back now and call this our first Big Challenge.

This is the first time I have run for what seems like an eternity. Since recovering from The Big Walk I have been mentally preparing myself to start training, to become a runner and run, run, run
Here is my first day out in the world seen through the eyes of a brand new jogger.
Running shoes.
Water
Pedometer
Warm clothes
Camera
(Warm up - 1.02 miles walk)
1.453 miles jog/stop/jog
3072 steps
25 minutes
